Is refurbished medical imaging equipment reliable?
Yes, when it is refurbished properly. Diagnostic imaging systems are engineered for 10–15 years of service. We select systems from 2015–2023, replace critical wear components, upgrade software and benchmark performance against manufacturer specifications before dispatch — so the system starts its second life with genuine service headroom.
How much can a hospital save by buying refurbished?
Typically 40% to 60% of the equivalent new-equipment price, depending on modality, model year and configuration. On a CT or MRI purchase that saving often funds the civil work, UPS, chiller and a second modality.
Do you provide warranty on refurbished systems?
Every system is supplied with a written comprehensive warranty covering parts and labour, with defined response times. Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and comprehensive contracts (CMC) are available after the warranty period.
Do you handle installation and commissioning?
Yes. Our engineers manage transportation, rigging, installation, calibration, acceptance testing and PACS integration. For MRI and PET-CT we also coordinate specialised requirements such as RF shielding, chillers, quench routing and hot lab planning.
Do you provide application training for our team?
Yes. Radiologists, technologists and biomedical engineers receive on-site application and basic maintenance training after commissioning, with refresher sessions available as your team changes.
Do you support installations across India?
Yes. We deliver, install and service across India through our own engineers and a partner service network, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where OEM response times are often slow.
